Damaged on Arrival
Occasionally, things may arrive damaged or faulty. We will refund or replace or provide credit on any item that has been delivered damaged. If you receive any damaged goods, please send us an email through to [email protected] or contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of delivery. We may provide you with an option of a replacement of products, a credit note, or a refund.
Please Note: We may need photographs to evaluate and handle your claim.
Change Of Mind
Mushab Kids will cover the shipping costs if you return or exchange a broken, damaged, or wrong item. To be eligible for a return the products must be in its original condition, original packaging, and are suitable for reselling. However, we cannot provide free shipping for sale items and ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges.
